The key card, elevator, and air conditioning were unexpected in a farm stay, as well as the mini bar in the room, and it all felt very luxurious! Breakfast was delicious with meats and cheeses, breads and cakes, and eggs which we could boil ourselves. We ate at the restaurant one night and it was lovely, with an overwhelming amount of food! We are country people and enjoyed the sounds of cows, dogs, and chickens, and the kids loved saying good morning to the horse and two donkeys. The owner was very kind and helpful, despite our limited understanding of each other's languages.
