Amazing host, always reachable and helpful, fantastic accommodation with Karaoke and BBQ (Optional, you get BBQ and camp fire set, also pizza oven as well) . View was beautiful and calming.

Boasting quiet street views, Linn 阿倍野 features accommodation with a balcony, around 1.1 km from Abeno Seimei Shrine. The apartment was well located and had a great little kitchen, solid internet and was very clean and organized. Having a washer dryer combination was great too. Good communication, and doing the self check in was very easy.

Rinn Shiki Juraku provides accommodation located 1.7 km from the centre of Kyoto and offers a bar and a shared lounge. A perfect escape into the past with all the comforts of the present. This was my favorite accomodation in Japan and is automatically on my list of hotels to revisit. The facilities, the friendliness of the staff and rhe afternoon tea where just a few of the highlights that made our Kyoto trip special.

Located in Kudoyama, 36 km from Jigenin Temple and 37 km from Saifuku-ji Temple, Kudonoie - Vacation STAY 31960v offers air conditioning. This place is stunning and spacious - it includes a gorgeous living room downstairs as well as the kitchen and bathroom. There is another seating area upstairs and the bedroom. It is also in the traditional Japanese style, which we love! The highlights for us though were two parts: First, the host is incredible! You cannot drive up to the house because the last road is too steep so he showed us where to park near the base and then drove us up in his bigger car. (He kindly did this again in the morning when we left, even though we had to leave very early!) Second, the view is incredible! It was a stunning way to start the day. Our only regret is we wish we'd stayed longer :)

Located in Ikuno, 45 km from Toyooka City History Museum, Japan's oldest remaining company housing provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and express check-in and check-out. We fell in love with the house and the little town of Ikuno. The house was big and spacious for three people, also we enjoyed the kotatsu and the bathtub the most. The kitchen was also well equipped and the owner very responsive and friendly!
