Guests enjoy free WiFi, air-conditioning, and a balcony. great host, she made an effort to communicate with us even though she doesn't speak to much english, she prepared sandwiches for us every day for no extra cost, and prepared us sukiyaki that was excellent and at a very reasonable price plus drinks that were on the house. and the house was very comfortable.

Right from when I stepped off the plane, they arranged transportation, as well as bookings at restaurants, and shuttles to the ski resort. Communicating via WhatsApp was incredibly helpful and ensured that there were no issues during my stay, which was comfortable every day. The room was immaculately cleaned, and the daily breakfast was delicious. The high-quality interior decor and speakers made even the time spent indoors after skiing very enjoyable. The best part was having a hot spring in the room. Enjoying the hot spring amidst the snowy landscape was an absolute highlight. I will definitely book here again for the next season. The concierge team were truly fantastic and worked great.

Excellent apartment, large, comfortable, well-equipped and-crucially-with excellent short instructions in English for the different appliances. The three-level bunk-bed is fun and very solid. The air conditioning works really well. The tatami room adds authenticity. Although the staff was very discrete, we were more than pleased with them: they always answered very promptly to messages and facilitated us receiving our suitcases which we had sent with the luggage service seamlessly. We very much enjoyed and highly recommend this apartment

The kids squealed with delight as they walked into the room. The climbing wall and swing chair helped get some of that 5 year old energy out in the morning and before bed. Hosts were friendly and accommodating. Facilities in the room made the stay super comfortable. And convenience items were available at the front desk.

Le Bocage – Hakuba Echoland Chalets are situated in Echoland, a popular nightlife site where more than 30 bars and restaurants can be found. The property offers free in-room WiFi and on-site parking. Clean apartment, good location. It’s nearby restaurants and minimart. Free parking. In the dry room has washing machines but need to pay 300 yen including wash and dry. Everything is perfect in this place we stay 6 nights for snowboarding trip. We booked one bedroom apartment for 3 people, the room is big enough for 3 messy girls. So absolutely recommend.

The gondola itself is a highlight, barely over a year old with sleek modern design. Whether you’re using your ski pass for the slopes or purchasing a ticket to visit the beautifully renovated mountaintop restaurant, it’s an experience worth having. Everything about this villa speaks to careful attention and pride of ownership. The space is spotlessly clean with a well-equipped kitchen that made meal preparation a pleasure. What impressed us most was how thoughtfully maintained everything is – you can tell Yutaka-san genuinely cares about his guests’ comfort and experience. The single heater provided more than adequate warmth throughout our stay, even during -5°C temperatures. Yutaka-san’s detailed instructions were incredibly helpful – he’s even created laminated reminder cards explaining how to use the heater and bathroom, plus winter-specific property care guidelines. These thoughtful touches made us feel confident and comfortable from day one. As a family of three, we found the Japanese futon setup surprisingly cozy. By layering the provided mattresses, we stayed warm and slept comfortably despite the cold weather outside. Yutaka-san is the kind of host who restores your faith in genuine kindness. He picked us up from Hakuba JR Station and took us to the supermarket to stock up on supplies – a gesture that made our entire seven-day stay so much easier. Thanks to the kitchen facilities and his thoughtfulness, we enjoyed home-cooked breakfasts, dinners, and fresh fruit throughout our visit.
