Boasting quiet street views, Linn 阿倍野 features accommodation with a balcony, around 1.1 km from Abeno Seimei Shrine. The apartment was well located and had a great little kitchen, solid internet and was very clean and organized. Having a washer dryer combination was great too. Good communication, and doing the self check in was very easy.

The location is very convenient and the price is great for bigger groups or families travelling together. We had a short connection to Osaka's major attractions like the aquarium or the expo.

Fantastic location. 4 minute walk to station that was about 3 stops from Dotonbori. Very quiet neighborhood and very charming. Also next to a railcar station making very easy to explore Osaka. Beds very comfortable. Lots of food nearby. Appliances and washer were appreciated .

Beautiful home inside and out with 3 floors, has a kitchen area with a table, 2 showers and two toilets, the futon beds are very comfortable. There is a TV in one bedroom and a lovely rooftop area which is relaxing to sit in especially at night and also extremely useful for drying large quantities of clothes whilst also being right next to the washing machine. An all-round exceptional place to stay which exceeded expectations. Great value for money.

A recently renovated holiday home situated in Izumi-Sano, Jikka Japan features a garden. The hygiene and the surface of the hostel is very nice. The host is very responsive too. That was a nice stay.

The villa is very comfortable and well equipped. For this price point in Japan, it is rare to find a private house with such good facilities. Having two toilet areas and a separate shower room, together with a private dining space, made the stay very convenient and comfortable, especially for families. The host is responsive and easy to contact, which is reassuring as this is a private accommodation rather than a hotel. Location-wise, it is a good base. It is close to major attractions such as the Osaka Aquarium, the Ferris wheel, USJ area, and nearby shopping and dining options. There are also small eateries and supermarkets within walking distance. Osaka-ko Station is very nearby, making transport easy. Parking is available. While the garage may not be suitable for larger vehicles (such as 7-seaters or large MPVs), there are many paid parking options outside nearby. Overnight parking outside is reasonably priced and easy to find using Google Maps. The house is a three-storey property, so guests with large or heavy luggage should take their time when carrying bags upstairs. For drivers with bigger cars, the on-site garage may not be practical, and parking outside is required (paid separately). The neighbourhood is residential and not a touristy area. This is not a negative point, but guests should be mindful to respect local customs and be considerate of neighbours, as residents value quietness and rules. Overall, the house feels spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the facilities inside are of a very high standard.

Overall, it's an excellent accommodation choice. The three bedrooms are located on the second floor, while the dining area, living room, and bathroom are on the first floor, which is very convenient and clean. Before check-in, I also asked the owner some questions and received very prompt replies with clear instructions. If you're driving there yourself, the location is easy to find, and there is sufficient parking space. However, the street at the entrance is a bit narrow, so if the vehicle is too long, you may need to back into the parking spot.
