He provided very good local advice, and also supplied us with some basic necessities, such as coffee, sugar, and spices. The location is right on the water. The views are amazing and there is a lot of natural light and a very nice cross breeze.

Everything. The place is exactly as shown. It is beautiful community with quiet neighborhood. The house is modern stylish and elegant. It has parking outside the house. The society is gated and secured. Perfect for a holiday home. It has air conditioning in all rooms. The washrooms were clean with basic toiletries. There was a small garden attached to living room and the society even had an amazing swimming pool. The kitchen had a lot of utensils and basic cooking items as well. Great for a group stay of 6 or family outing. It is far from the hustle and bustle of crowded city and really peaceful. The house had good vibes, can book for long term or short term stay. Will definitely visit if I am in Puerto Vallarta.
