I was expecting the worst case scenario . I have been unlucky with the two other accommodations we had in the Philippines especially in the cities "The Philippine standard" Location of the place, parking, the amenities, service. These things are very important. But with Mactan Cebu Guesthouse they exceeded it and with flying colors. The Place is clean, very comfortable bed, very accommodating. Their customer service was excellent. I appreciate y'alls effort. Keep up the good work. P.s door knobs were hard to operate, it is normal as time goes. Just need a Lil lub. Thank you so much.

This is a beautiful place , you won't find a bigger and comfortable place around all lapu lapu, powerful air conditioner, nice beds, good quiet area outside, really a nice big house, a fridge and ia near lot of restaurants and food stall , really loved it, if I found myself in lapu lapu I would stay here again!

This Villa is beautiful and laid out well, so close to the water. We used the canoe and bikes to get around the island. Larry was amazing and showed us around the island as well.

Very Affordable place for big groups and clean. Cozy, safe place as its inside a gated subdivision. The place is near the 3rd Mactan Bridge and if you want to go to Cebu City , its just few minutes away thru 3rd bridge. SM Seaside is like 10-15 mins away. Beaches in lapulapu city are accessible and some tourist spot like 1000 roses, Solea and other beaches. Going to the South of Cebu is very ideal when you stay in this place. Dorothy the host is very responsive. I can say our trip was on our budget because of this place, all we need is there.. we can cook and the wet market where fresh seafoods are available is a plus plus.. me and my friends will surely go back and contact dorothy. ISLA VILLA 2 Luxury Pool Villa near beach with karaoke video games barbecue está en Maribago, a 6 min a pie de Bluewater Beach y a 15 km de SM City Cebu, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, aire... Great Villa for a group vacation. We were able to enjoy the pool, underground room with karaoke, bbq grill, massage chair, and nice rooms! The landlord was also friendly. Thank you very much.

The very hospitable owners were helpful in any way. Just ask them and they'll be willing to cater your needs. The house is secure and well designed! The pool and the sauna were very clean. Everything is OK or very good at least. The
