I can only recommend staying there. The family house is the actual family house of the team behind camp Caroli and it feels right at home. It’s a dreamy cabin at the end of the road with a view directly on the frozen lake. You can’t beat this location. And don’t get me started on the northern lights. It’s the best place to see any. And we saw many! And on New Year’s Eve! Honestly we couldn’t have dreamt of a better way to start 2025. Go at Camp Caroli! The team is super nice, it’s a family run business and you can tell as they make you feel part of the family as well. All the activities are wonderful and well organized. Just pure polar bliss. The house is warm and comfortable. Even by minus 25 which is the temp we got when we were there. The kitchen is big and nice to cook in. And the bathroom has all you need. Just a perfect place really.

Initially, we were indecisive about which igloo to choose, but we opted for the one near the river, and it turned out to be the best decision. The view of the northern lights was absolutely perfect, and we could enjoy the breathtaking sky without leaving the warmth of our igloo. It was truly incredible. A special thank you goes to the exceptional host. I travel a lot, but I have never experienced such thoughtful and attentive service. Tony picked us up from the airport, took us to the supermarket, organized a sauna for us, and was always available and helpful. We had the most unforgettable experience, and my boyfriend had the most special birthday celebration. I highly recommend Aurora River Camp for creating lifelong memories.

Everything about this place is amazing, the best value by far in the area! If you like nature this place is the best ever!!! You even hear the river at night. Beautifull short hike from the house along the river to a stone beach on the lake. Close enough to train station to walk.

Con vista sulla montagna, Aurora Lakeside Cabin Altajärvi mette a disposizione un alloggio con patio e bollitore elettrico, a circa 18 km da Kiruna Bus Station. We had an amazing stay at this cabin. Everything was clean, well cared for and set in a beautiful natural environment that makes the experience truly unique. The sauna was a great added value and made the stay even more relaxing and authentic. The cabin is well equipped and immediately feels warm and welcoming. You can really feel the care and passion behind the place. Communication with the team was always clear, friendly and helpful. A perfect place to fully disconnect and experience the North. Highly recommended — we would happily come back!

Con vista sul lago, Camp Caroli Olala prevede un alloggio dotato di terrazza e patio, a circa 23 km da Stazione Ferroviaria di Kiruna. We spent a fantastic few days and have experiences of a lifetime. One of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. Great helpful owner Stefan. I will definitely come here again.
