It was beautiful and modern plus extremely well equipped and very comfortable. The property was spotlessly clean! We were upgraded to the 2 bedroomed apartment which we totally loved. It had 2 large terraces and the owner was amazingly friendly and extremely helpful. The free breakfast was totally amazing and very tasty and filling. There are many surrounding places to eat but a rather nice restaurant directly opposite the accommodation with live music in the evenings. The apartments are 1km from the beautiful long beach where there are tons of places to eat. Would we return to the accommodation - absolutely! Very highly recommended.

Ballachulish Rayong 2 BR, que tiene vistas al jardín, ofrece alojamiento con terraza y patio a unos 30 km de Parque nacional Khao Laem Ya. Everything was amazing! The host was very friendly and organised, cleaners were so kind - they even moved our laundry out of the rain while we were not there! The house was the perfect homey escape we were looking for. We will definitely go back again!

The place is newly built, everything in a modern style. The villa and garden was clean and well kept.

Lovely home stay with high quality villas. Host showed us around the property which had multiple villas and a bar/restaurant next to a nice like with fish in it. Villa are clean and nicely designed and comfortable. Water pressure is great and it has everything you need for a long or short term stay. They prepared dinner for me and my 10 friends in the bar for a very reasonable price and took care of us very well. Highly recommend for any travellers.

Great value, flat screen TV, hair dryer. Very clean. Staff even offered to drive me to buy food and drinks on motorbike when it was dark already. No regrets with this place!
