It was just where we needed to be, and was warm and welcoming. It is car-dependent which was fine for us, and convenient to Middletown, which is booming. It is a residential house, and we welcomed no elevators, no resort fees (there is a cleaning fee), and parking next to the front door.

It was a perfect sized home for my family of two kids and two parents. The high ceiling when you first walk in gives a sense of grandeur but it was still a cozy and intimate vibe. We loved the space in the yard, the bedrooms upstairs and the overall aesthetic of the home. I loved waking up making coffee and having a private outdoor space to eat/drink and enjoy fresh morning air. There were lots and pans for when we cooked some homemade meals and enough cutlery/kitchenwares for us. There is a washer and dryer to keep your clothes clean. It was pretty easy to use. I loved the big couch where we spent some good quality family time. The bedrooms were a good size for our needs.

The location was great. The townhouse was clean. We loved that each bedroom had it’s own bathroom. It was pet friendly.

This condo was BEAUTIFUL and had everything we needed, including pots, pans, silverware, towels, linens, coffee filters, shampoo, etc! It had a community pool that was so clean and wonderful for the 100°+ index days. This place was so comfortable and superior to a hotel room in every way. It was so nice that I intend to always book a condo instead of a hotel room going forward and certainly every time we come to Rehoboth, we will be booking this condo!!
