The staff are very attentive, friendly and positively lovely. The rooms are cosy, comfortable and quite classy. Everything has been done to a very high standard. This is definitely my favourite hotel in Glasgow now. So much so that I booked more dates while I was there. Breakfast was amazing. I recommend the smoked salmon. The whole hotel has a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended.
