Perfect in many aspects. it’s just off the main road, and has a great view. Very nice and welcoming staff. We stayed in the basic double room, good heating system, great water pressure with hot water. We also had a delicious dinner there. They serve some homemade goodies (Their biscuits are delicious). Looking forward to coming back.

We booked this weekend away for my mum and my husband for a surprise 60th + 70t birthday treat. They both absolutely loved the stay and, the staff were exceptional. They definitely would stay again. Receptionist staff were very helpful and were very attentive, and very polite.

El Foxghyll Country House está situado en el corazón del Distrito de los Lagos, a solo 5 minutos en coche de Ambleside, y ofrece conexión WiFi gratuita y aparcamiento gratuito. Breakfast superb. Owners very friendly and helpful. Rooms good size and very comfortable. Great location with short walk into town. Grounds spacious and well kept. Maps, torches etc available if required.

El Rydal Lodge Hotel goza de una bonita ubicación junto al río y ofrece un alojamiento elegante en el Distrito de los Lagos, a 3,2 km del centro de Ambleside. We had a lovely stay at Rydal lodge. It was the perfect little getaway! Mark and Helena went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, giving us advice on where to eat and walk. Our room was comfortable and cosy. The gardens and surrounding area was beautiful, with easy access to Rydal lake. Couldn't recommend enough!

El Ees Wyke Country House es un elegante establecimiento georgiano situado en el Distrito de los Lagos, a menos de 3 millas de la ciudad de Hawkshead. We had a great time staying here. The owner was so warm welcome and pay attention to every single details that their guests can be notice. All the set up and decoration is very precise and professional. We would definitely come back here again with our family and we’re willing to recommend this place to anyone to stay here. And Thank you for giving us the best experience while we’re in UK.

Este bed and breakfast de gestión familiar está ubicado en el Distrito de los Lagos, entre Penrith y Keswick y a 5 minutos en coche del lago Ullswater. I love this place. I booked it last minute as I got a late start to my drive up north and didn’t get as far as I was hoping, but my stay here was a pleasant surprise and I’m so glad I got to stop here. Incredibly clean, comfortable, with clear thought put into providing anything a guest might want. Breakfast was delicious, and the view out the window while eating provided a great start to the morning. I would gladly go out of my way to stay here again.

El Lindeth Fell está situado a solo 5 minutos del puerto de ferris de Windermere y tiene vistas espectaculares al lago Windermere y aparcamiento gratuito. Warm, cozy, homely atmosphere. Very courteous staff, good food, beautiful rooms. Fabulous surroundings and view of lake Windermere.
