Hotel Utopia is located in Ksamil and features a bar. The property is situated 3.9 km from Butrint National Park. All rooms include a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Best hotel in the city! Very clean and tidy rooms. More than friendly staff. Modern room with all needed equipment inside, big windows and balcony. Great air conditioning, large tv and comfortable beds. The breakfast was not perfect, but far better than all we had in Albania,

Everything was perfect from room, breakfast, view, staff, spa and pool looked nice. I never had time for pool. Slept great and got make videos made while there for my job. They had a huge engagement ring on 5th floor and went perfect with my video on Book of Esther. Thank you staff for extra help. I am from the USA, not Turkey. Not sure why booking thinks I live in Turkey.
