The room seems like a Five Star Hotel. it is big and comfortable, very quiet. ⭐️ ⭐️ we would definitely go back to this hotel someday. the staff are great. they are all consistently kind, polite, respectful even though we are young Asians! how comforting to be treated nicely by them bec in Brussels we were attacked by a group of young European racists; bec of this we got scared to take the metro; the hotel helped us book a taxi instead. the hotel is a walking distance from the grand plaza. conveniently located! btw, they even left a note in our room congratulating us for our honeymoon and they gave us expensive chocolates. how sweet of them. when we needed to store our luggage for a few hours, they conveniently and safely stored them for us, too.

What a beautiful hotel with lovely, friendly staff! The decor & cleanliness were 5* & in such a beautiful picture-perfect setting. Plenty of places to eat, only a minute’s walk away & back to the hotel’s honesty bar for a nightcap! Breakfast was excellent - we were 2 adults, 4 kids and everyone was happy which is quite the achievement!!😉. Couldn’t have been more impressed with this hotel.
