The concierge is very responsive and the little presents in the room on our arrival were most welcomed, especially that hat!!

The setting is fabulous. There are many turtles in the lagoon and it’s only 10 feet deep so you see them up close. The hotel is lovely, the breakfast is great but the best thing of all is the staff. They are all absolutely lovely. So friendly and helpful. This place has a fantastic culture
