Nous avons été très bien accueilli, les chambres sont très propres et décorées avec goût. L'hotel est très bien placé à 5 min de l'embarcadère pour l'Isla del sol avec une magnifique vue. Le petit déjeuner et le repas du soir sont excellents.

All staff were friendly and very nice, the room was very spacious and always warm. And breakfast buffet was great as well. Eggs were freshly cooked for each customer, and I had some choice of breads, pancakes, cheese, ham and so on… On the day of check out, they started breakfast 1hour earlier for us and called a taxi going to airport. The stay at Hotel Cristales de Sal was perfect!!!

I also had an issue with the tv in my room and they upgraded me right away. - the facilities were amazing, good equipment in the gym, pool and jacuzzi were both good temperatures - breakfast was a buffet and there were so many good options - they were also able to offer early check in and late check out for no additional cost
