The hotel is beautiful and our room was very large and comfortable. Since it was Christmas, the lobby was decorated and the Christmas dinner was excellent. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and the pool and sauna was nice extras. The bed was huge and very comfortable and the shower was strong and hot. We loved staying here for 4 nights! Also, the included breakfast was very delicious and big with lots of options.

There is an open-air hot tub that you can book for an hour for your family/group - it is free, but this way you are ensured privacy, no strangers in the tub with you. The tub is on the roof, with gorgeous views of the lake as well. Very enjoyable stay! Free parking in the back, great base for exploring everything around Lake Llanquihue or even going to Chiloe island.
