The happy mood of the staff was contagious. They were most friendly, courteous and helpful especially Sophie who spent a lot of time helping us with our bookings as well as the lovely ladies at the reception counter. There was a good selection of food items for breakfast and the staff even remembered our coffee preferences.

Super excellent team of staff. They go above and beyond to help and make you welcome and comfortable. One staff at front desk was super quick on his feet, didn't get his name, male, short hair with glasses. Very knowledgeable. Everyone was friendly and quick to answer questions and help. Place was clean, new and quiet during my stay. Cleaning staff was excellent and detail oriented. Bed and pillow was excellent and temp in room was comfy and super quiet experience. Def worth the experience.

It was perfect one night stay for us, because we were arriving @2am and didn't want to travel far when we are already exhausted and sleepy. Plus it was an inside walk to the hotel. Go to the second floor exit and you will see the hotel name showing the direction.

Attentive and friendly staff, great breakfast and convenient location of the hotel. Large spacious rooms, great service! everything was perfect. We also used the hotel car service, everything was great too - new comfortable car, excellent driver. In addition i want to say thank you very much for the fruits for my father on his birthday!

Zhangjiajie YOLO Resort--Within Zhangjiajie National Forest Park อยู่ในจางเจียเจี้ย และอยู่ห่างจากภูเขาเทียนจื่อ ไม่เกิน 200 ม. YOLO is one of a kind. The place is so beautiful and special in everyway. Reminds me of a farm house but with alot of friendly people and new connections from all around. The vibe is SUPER. The room is big and cozy, the food is great, Alex and Shan Mue where the most spectacular staff and I don’t need to make any comments about Zhangjajie park, its out of this world! YOLO is the only hotel inside of Zhangjajie national park, it is walking distance to alot of sight scenes. I hope to come back as soon as possible and would 100% recommend to anyone! Thanks Alex and Shan Mue, continue with the amazing job!
