Friendly staff, very helpful. The hotel rooms were lovely and clean with a little fridge with snacks and drinks available. Location was great 5 minute walk to the harbor and town. Would stay again.

We have just left the Lords Palace Hotel and had an absolutely tremendous stay. We tried to check in earlier than stated, on the off chance our room would be ready. It was not, but instead of waiting (would have only been an hour) we got offered a better room, at no extra cost! The staff are very attentive, and eager to please. We booked the full board plus package and the food was outstanding. I am a vegetarian and there were many options for me! And of course Effes, the best beer in the world! Excellent location, just a 10 minute walk to the beautiful harbour Kyrenia has to offer. We will be returning next year, for sure!

Hotel owner and staff were helpful in everything. We would like to revisit Valide Hanim Konak Hotel and Nicosia as soon as possible in the warmer spring months.
