It was, in spite of being on Bahn (train)hof str. totally quiet...we never heard a train. The room was very well organized and lit. It overlooked a lovely terrace. The staff was helpful and friendly-providing a local map and suggestions. We were in easy walking (2 blocks) distance to the old town, the train (4 blocks up hill), and a 10 min. walk to the Noch minature train store. The local area is in an easy day trip to the Bodensee or back to Munich. The hotel also offers (extra charge) convenient parking on site under the building. We had a wonderful time and will return again!

The breakfast was delicious. Well worth the 15 euros! Every other aspect of our stay was equally fabulous, especially the gracious staff who reached out to us as we were travelling to Regensburg to ensure we had good directions to the hotel and were as helpful throughout our brief stay.

Can’t say enough positive about this hotel . This is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful area along the Danube . Super reception with great and friendly staff . Beautiful room #333 overlooking the Schloss/Castle across the way . A short walk to city center . Bicycle storage was inside and very secure. Room was exceptionally clean and quite large . Amazing bathroom with wonderful shower . Dinner at on-site restaurant was very good and reasonably priced . Breakfast was probably best that we have had in our travels throughout Europe .
