Wonderful stay in a beautiful location. Room facilities are simple but perfectly adequate. Nice view from the terrace. I was given a choice of several breakfast options, all of which were very good. The location is 2.4 km from the center, up a hill, quite far from the city. Consider a car, although there is a local bus to Goodwill. The landlady was excellent. Helpful and kind.

Great little hotel with very helpful and friendly hosts. We stayed here since our flight left early in the morning and we did not want to drive from Roseau to the airport at 4 AM in the morning. From there, it's only a 5 min drive. I believe you can also make dinner arrangements here. If you want to stay longer, the room might be a little small, but there is a microwave and a kettle. The bed was comfortable, too.

The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming and professional. It's walking distance from the port and the room was very comfortable. It is in the city so expect street noise but this also means everything is on your doorstep. I would highly recommend Sutton Place. We really enjoyed our stay.
