Wow — what a great experience! The staff at Graf Hotel are extremely professional and responsive. They took every request seriously, even before my arrival. I had asked for a WhatsApp number to stay in touch in case of any flight delays or cancellations, and they immediately surprised me by reaching out via WhatsApp right after my request — such thoughtful service! The location is just perfect: only 2 minutes from Freedom Square, with easy access to public transportation. The area around the hotel is lively, with plenty of great restaurants and coffee shops where you can relax even late into the night. The rooms were very clean, and breakfast was good — a great start to the day. I truly recommend this hotel, and without a doubt, it will be my first choice next time I visit Tbilisi!

I especially want to thank the following employees for making my stay great: Tamo, Luka, Megi, Anei, Nika Whenever I asked for water, toiletries or glasses it arrived in less than 5 minutes. I also asked to accommodate 1 hour late checkout and they agreed. I really liked the service. Top of class! Keep up the great service and I will definitely be back!!

Neljatärnihotelli igast toast avaneb vaade linnale.... This was a very beautiful and very clean place, with extremely friendly staff. The breakfast was just yam-yam, loved it a lot :) We are absolutely satisfied with the service they provided for us. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
