All staff was very friendly and let's not forget the room , it was brand-new , spacious, a wonderful shower and the perfect bed !!! I’ve been staying at 4 and 5 star hotels, either leisure and business occasions, over more than 20 years sometimes for short, sometimes for very long stays (over a month) and what I can say about this hotel is that here I saw some of the best staff I’ve ever seen working in an hotel. Ms Peggy at the restaurant was a star, very much client oriented, sunny but also extremely professional and prepared, she was one of those people you can notice straight away if it’s their day off! She is one of those people whose work is infused with innate qualities that are so rare to find in staff, especially nowadays, and that can hardly be taught with training. An employee to treasure! Ms Zikela at the restaurant and Ms Maria at the bar were amazing with service and so sweet and attentive with our 2 years old girl. Reception staff was outstanding, especially Katarina, who often went the extra mile and Paris, who made us feel at home. Both absolutely own the main qualities you would look for in a front of house, again two employees to treasure… Housekeeping was so extremely nice and hard working, they made us feel at home as swell. Both my husband and I are very happy with this hotel, we will definitely come back and recommend it. Cristina and Harry.

Superlative reviews raise suspicion, but my recent stay at S Hotel Boutique deserves nothing but superlatives. I felt at home from the second I walked through the door, despite my appearance (clad in sweaty and partially ripped cycling kit). The hotel staff was kind, professional and welcoming. The room: delightfully large, stylish, and sleek. And it came with a balcony. Excellent breakfast, too. Special shout-out to Sophia for the drinks service and restaurant tips and Tylos for his help with packing and shipping my precious bicycle. Very much appreciated. A memorable stay. If you're in Thessaloniki, this is the hotel I would recommend. Wholeheartedly so.

Booked a standard room and got a complimentary upgrade - it was amazing. The rooms are brand new and super modern. Don’t miss the food at the restaurant, it’s incredible. The staff were also absolutely amazing.
