Enjoying this 53 m² luxury suite in February - March with high ceilings and Atlantic views at this price is something I would rarely experience in Europe. The well kept room and extremely comfortable, with soft linens, cosy carpets, comfortable settees and artwork thoughtfully matching the wall colours which included AC, a 55-inch TV, a desk with convenient sockets and a modern kitchen with pull-out tap and draining grid felt very luxurious surrounded by a row of windows bringing in plenty of light and the refreshing sea breeze. The code entry system — no key or card required made access to our room very easy. A missing hairdryer was promptly delivered and a fridge cooling issue was quickly resolved. Our pdfs were kindly printed and brought to the room. The atmosphere reflects a gentle Vedic-inspired approach to wellbeing, with a relaxed environment where guests can enjoy yoga, chess and peaceful surroundings. I especially enjoyed the cuisine by Chef Mohabir and assistants who cook with fresh produce from the local open market and the organic garden, giving meals an authentic flavour of Guyana and contribute greatly to the dining experience. Staff speak English, Spanish, Italian, Hindi and Guyanese, making communication easy for international visitors. My partner being able to speak Guyanese reconnected quickly with her roots and build warm, genuine contact with local villagers which made the stay even more meaningful. Life follows a natural rhythm her from dawn to dusk adding to the peaceful tropical atmosphere. From the Atlantic-facing rooms, it is also fascinating to watch passing ships and follow them using the MarineTraffic app. The rooftop restaurant currently under construction will further enhance the property. A small suggestion would be offering local Guyanese ground coffee. Tipping staff as a voluntary amount through the POS payment system feels convenient and transparent.

The staff were extremely helpful and professional. From the reception, restaurant and bar. The house keepers and the general workers. The hotel was very clean and maintained. We felt welcomed and part of the community.

Not organised in a way that is convenient, especially when it comes to the buffet and self service.

A very spacious twin room with all amenities, very clean, absolutely friendly fabulous personnel.

I was amazed, after spending two weeks travelling around Guyana, it was a pleasure and very relaxing to be at this hotel. Not that Guyana is unsafe, but it felt good to drive into the parking lot with a rental car where there was plenty of free parking. The free airport shuttle and the front desk staff were excellent

It is a pretty modern hotel, neat and clean. The only thing to improve if possible is the noise isolation cause I could hear those walking outside on the elevator, I may have good hearing but, just check it.

Lovely room and facilities great bed and shower, Bistro next door great food, kitchen food service is so slow, serving staff are lovely, as is the front desk team, of the three hotels I stayed on this visit Kings has the best room facilities lovely room, with a super comfortable bed, I would definitely stay here again, when I visit Guyana again.

The breakfast was good but I think it can have some improvement as it regards to the food warmer… It was not effective hence the meal was not warm enough… For me I enjoy food when it’s been served hot.. The servers were very diligent and helpful..
