What I liked the most was their capacity of resolution to my immediate needs at first they resolved my transportation then I travelled with husband which was a last minute thing and they were accomodating kind generous all the characteristics of a well managed property,the room speaks for itself just as seen in the pictures they are 100% real totally recommending this property to all friends and family.

I was amazed, after spending two weeks travelling around Guyana, it was a pleasure and very relaxing to be at this hotel. Not that Guyana is unsafe, but it felt good to drive into the parking lot with a rental car where there was plenty of free parking.
The free airport shuttle and the front desk staff were excellent

It is a pretty modern hotel, neat and clean. The only thing to improve if possible is the noise isolation cause I could hear those walking outside on the elevator, I may have good hearing but, just check it.

The breakfast and room service was great. I also enjoyed the food especially the burgers and chicken wings. I also had great service from the taxi drivers Romel and Rhaj who were very helpful.
