A very quiet place away from the hustle and bustle. Fresh greenery all around and the sound of birds.

Amazing atmosphere. Great service and hospitality by all employees. They were nice and recommended food and/or activities near to our hotel. Also, amazing food and wine. As a vegan, I had all vegan options in the menu 🫶🏽

I liked everything! The Hacienda itself is like going back in time a hundred years but retaining all of the comforts and conveniences of modern times. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and all of them spoke good English. We had Christmas Eve dinner at the Hacienda's restaurant and I would call the food nothing short of exceptional. The bar makes a great margarita to sip on while you take in the old-world ambience of it's decorations and furnishings. On Christmas Eve there is a beautiful posada that starts at the hacienda and threads through the neighborhood with everyone carrying candles and singing Christmas hymns while Mary rides a donkey with the Christ child. It ends in the chapel at the hacienda. It will truly bring the Christmas spirit upon you.

Circe, Peter, Elida, Lourdes, and the rest of their amazing staff spared no expense going above-and-beyond to make sure that our stay was extraordinary. From the moment we arrived we were treated very warmly. Though we should have given 24 hour notice for laundry service they accommodated us anyhow. The rooms, beds, and showers were comfortable with everything we needed. A fan was supplied upon request. Water was provided. Room service was attentive and prompt. A small breakfast with fruit, oatmeal, sandwiches, juice coffee, and tea were prepared for us every morning by Circe. In addition to the aforementioned we can't say enough good things about Peter, who accompanied us to town, introduced us to some amazing people, and brought us to a quaint home cafe for an early dinner. He is very knowledgeable and has an excellent sense of humor. We strongly recommend staying here when in Tenancingo. We'll be back and will miss them while gone.

The hotel's location is perfect if you are in town for visa purposes. The hotel is literally next door to the US consulate, while across the street, there are two clinics where you can get your medical documents set up for your consulate appointment. The biometrics location is also 5 mins away within walking distance. The rooms were very clean, we had a kitchenette in ours which is great if you don't plan on eating out. There's a mall about 10 mins away walking distance, plenty of restaurants nearby in walking distance like a Denny's that's open 24 hours. A Circle Q is just around the corner from the lobby entrance. The hotel offers free breakfast, which is a plus. They tend to switch the meals daily. There's a small gym, laundrymat, and computers if you need to print documents and gaming room for the kids. The staff is very friendly and they also have a van service which takes you to several restaurants or to the airport. Rooms are noise proof. You might hear someone walk in the hallway, but that's about it.

The Quinta Lolita is a real highlight! The central location is perfect - all sights, restaurants and shops are within easy reach. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, so you feel welcome from the first minute. The rooms are not only cozy and modern, but also absolutely well thought out. There really is nothing missing - from practical details to lovely extras like beach towels, everything is there. The atmosphere in the hotel is wonderfully warm and inviting, so you immediately feel at home. This hotel is a little paradise for everyone who appreciates style, comfort and warmth. I can only warmly recommend it and am already looking forward to my next stay!
