Featuring a fitness centre, a restaurant as well as a bar, Hotel Grand Chancellor Auckland is set in the centre of Auckland, 2.5 km from Masefield Beach. Modern luxurious hotel in the heart of downtown Auckland. The rooms were bright and spacious, and the bathroom was well equipped. The bedroom also contained a fridge, iron and ironing board. The staff were extremely helpful, advising restaurants to visit for dinner on an evening.

Great location, we were 2 minutes walk from Cuba St. Also, the room facilities were very new and clean (the shower was amazing). There is a good parking lot nearby - Taranaki Street Parking, which wasn't too expensive.

Our stay at the voco Auckland City Centre was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the incredible staff and their dedication to guest comfort. We arrived in Auckland on a red-eye flight, landing in the middle of the night. Not only did the hotel graciously check us in at 4:00 am, but they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Imagine our surprise when we were greeted with freshly made pizzas! After a long journey, this unexpected gesture of hospitality was exactly what we needed. The excellent service continued throughout our stay. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. The hotel's central location was also a major plus, making it easy to walk to many of Auckland's top attractions. We highly recommend the voco Auckland City Centre to anyone visiting Auckland. Their commitment to guest satisfaction, particularly their willingness to go the extra mile, truly sets them apart.

Location, professional staff, clean and well appointed room. We particularly appreciated the fact that they let us check in 4 hours early when we arrived in the city.
