Ideally set in the Avondale district of Auckland, Roomie Apartment Hotel is set 9 km from The Civic, 9 km from Aotea Centre and 9 km from One Tree Hill. Usually when you see a "Studio" apartment it means a tiny space with everything crammed in. Not the case here. The apartment was very spacious and fully equipped. There is communal laundry on site for free which is a massive plus. Kitchen was really high quality and the bed was super comfy. It's right beside Avondale train station so a quick journey into the CBD. Avondale itself was a nice area to stay with plenty of cafes and supermarkets.

Modern, exceptionally clean and the most friendly staff. by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at in QT. lovely lounge and bar area with fireplace abs great views. Free shuttle bus taking you to the city each hour. The staff are what really makes this place great! Always friendly and smiling and asking us how our day was or if we needed anything.
