Our stay in this hotel was absolutely faultless from the minute we stepped into the hotel. From the security guard outside and to ALL the staff in this beautiful hotel. The location was on point, especially if you want to shop on MM ALAM ROAD. The breakfast was plenty and delicious, from a range of desi choices and an English breakfast. Reception staff helped me book transport and allowed me to make local calls. They also were very generous and allowed us a late checkout. We were a family of 6, with 3 rooms ,all the rooms had good facilities, tea and coffee. Before our arrival, our rooms had the AC turned on for our convenience. I felt this was extremely thoughtful of the hotel as nothing was too much trouble for them. Overall, fantastic service, I am going to highly recommend this hotel to all my family and friends and will definitely visit again.
