Gorgeous spa hotel in the Dao wine region. Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms with a natural, Zen-like decor and ambiance. Spa facilities are very nice and welcoming there are many services offered. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant both nights. Elevated Portuguese cuisine well prepared and served. Excellent wine list and the servers are able to suggest the perfect pairing for your meal. Nelas is a small quiet town about an hour’s drive to the Serra da Estrela. Perfect place to stay to relax and enjoy nature. Lovely staff.

Located in Porto, a 10-minute walk from Sao Bento Metro Station, Vincci Bonjardim provides accommodations with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. The place is amazing. The front desk is helpful and very welcoming, the breakfast is super delicious, it’s either buffet or a smaller buffet and a menu. The rooms are convenient, and they even offer several different types of pillows! It was also quite warm in the room despite the winter time. I was hesitating when I read about the location, but in fact it is close to everything. The historical center is 15 min walk, but it is just 3 min to the main shopping street and to the Bolhao market. The view from rooftop restaurant was amazing, and even though the pool wass closed, I could still chill by the pool on a sunny day.

Featuring a terrace, a restaurant as well as a bar, Timbre Virtudes is located in the center of Porto, a 7-minute walk from Palacio da Bolsa. The Hotel das Virtudes was the most unique hotel we stayed in during our Portugal trip. The restoration of the hotel is impressive. The breakfast was the best of our Portugal trip. We ate 1 night in the hotel restaurant and the staff and chef were fantastic. The hotel was within walking distance to great restaurants, port tasting, attractions and the river. We watched the sun set from the rooftop bar; beautiful.

Providing free WiFi, Praia FLH Hotels Ericeira offers rooms in Ericeira, 18 miles from Quinta da Regaleira and 18 miles from Sintra National Palace. We loved the room, everything completely new . The bathroom was great and the toiletries were of top Portuguese brand and quality. Breakfast was TOP all fresh and tasty. A plus was the afternoon coffee buffet . Had coffee , cake and biscuits, offered for free. Last but not least, I must mention Diogo, the receptionist who was super friendly and helpful.

This property is definitively a hotel, rooms are big and included a dining area with all utensils and fridge, its very well locate with a bus stop next to it where you can connect to any place within the city, the Hotel is 10 min by bus from the beach and about 15 to 20 from the famus timeout market, the location is really good, shopping malls are located within walking distances as well. great property and staff
