Pickup from the airport was very fast, so was checkin. Drive from the airport 2 minutes. My requests to prepare a room fitting my situation ( allergies) was taken care off . The road in front of the hotel below is very busy, but they have great sound insulation. Beds are very comfortable. The restaurant is great, spacious, very nice and efficient waiters. Food and wines are amazing , especially for an airport hotel. Free breakfast buffet is abundant, very good food!

Great place to stay the night before we flew home. Airport is 10-15 min easy walk to Terminal 1. Well equipped, clean, hosts were helpful and caring. Lovely park nearby with restaurants close.

This place was really a great salvation for us, as our arrival was late in the evening. Two steps from the airport 👍 we found everything we needed in the room, additionally Tom spoiled us with the welcome bread and cheese snacks🤗 highly recommend

The recently renamed Lisbon Humberto Delgado Airport (formerly Lisbon Portela Airport) is located 4 miles (7 kilometres) from the city centre. An efficient public transportation system ensures passengers arrive quickly and comfortably. Hop on the Aeroporto-Saldanha Metro to downtown Lisbon, catch a local bus, or travel directly to your destination on the Airport Shuttle. Alternatively, take a taxi, which will go by a meter and should cost around EUR 12.

Was handy for the airport, only 10 minutes. The host, Wagner , arranged a taxi for me for the following morning. I bought some food and prepared in the kitchen so didn't have time to look around Camarate.

We did not choose to stay in Sacavém to 'see' Sacavém. We rented a car and wanted something close to the airport. We used the car rental to visit other places in Portugal. Although, the host recommended Courela do Fouguete restaurant was awesome albeit little English.

Odivelas for us was just a location to spent a night, so, I can't much tell about this town/city. In area where we stayed for 6 nights (at the metro station) were 2 food stores, 2 bakeries (Espiga Dourada is really great!), fresh fruit/vegetable store, hot food store. Around in distance no more than 1 km from metro station are dozen of different restaurants.
According our observations, calm and safe area.

The apartment is very spacious and only 10 minutes from the airport, which is super convenient. There are two large shopping malls nearby, ideal for shopping and dining. The atmosphere is calm, fresh, and peaceful. The apartment was spotless, and the host was always very communicative, helpful, and attentive making our stay perfect.

We visited Lisbon many decades ago during the summer, and enjoyed reacquainting ourselves during the Christmas season (especially the light-ups and markets). That said, we probably allocated too much time there at the beginning and end of our trip (totaling 6-full days). Some of the key museums we wanted to visit were closed for long-term renovation efforts. Others were open, but covered in scaffolding. That said, exploring the food culture was well worth the extra time spent!

The staff at Goa Square were friendly, helpful, and always available with recommendations. The rooms themselves were spotless and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. Plus, the location in Amadora is great for exploring Lisbon. There are plenty of sights nearby, and it's easy to get around.
Just a heads-up that there can be some noise from the cuisine at night, so light sleepers might want to pack earplugs. Overall, though, a great stay!

Camarate is a quiet and green place, sorrounded by olive trees, flowers and bushes. The house is clean and it has many facilities, we could have breakfast home and eat the rest of meal in a quiet atmosphere. Nice place to sleep well, after a long day visiting the city

Lisbon was an afterthought trip for me recommended to me when my sister and a friends learned that I was going to visit Barcelona. They said that I must see Lisbon too. So I took their advice, and they were right. It's a charming city with nice people, very colorful city scape, lots of history and monuments, and delicious portuguese dishes. Lots of colorful tile everywhere you go. I would suggest taking a tour of the city of Lisbon, St George's castle, Belem, Cascais, Sintra Castle and the Regeleira, and a Fado show.

This was our 3rd short stay in Lisbon. Enjoyed each one. Tuk Tuk tour is the best way to see the city. Commercial square seafood restaurant has the grilled octopus we love, Rossi square Christmas market and shopping down the pedestrian street helped complete our shopping. Ginja stop at Commercial square is always special. And the lights were fantastic. Don’t forget the Quake museum.
