Great mix of old and new! The workmanship done to refurbish and rebuild this old castle into a mix of old and modern is beyond perfect .Our room was big, comfy, clean, full of amenities, and thoughtfully and artfully finished. The workers were all pleasant and helpful. Food was delicious and very plentiful and a bargain that was included in our room price. . We received delicious cheese filled warm Pita and dessert in the afternoon, a sit down dinner with freshly made soup, salad with fresh herbs, stew and dessert. Breakfast had a fresh delicious buffet and then we were served delicious cooked eggs and fresh pita with cheese This is a unique hotel for someone who loves the countryside and wants to stay in a castle. The atmosphere, architecture, upper lookout patios, garden trails, water hole and museum tour were extra bonuses . The newly planted gardens was wonderful and will be a delight to see when in bloom and in years to come.

Superb service, excellent location, fantastic view to golden horn, spacious room with elegant decoration, enjoy the drinks and snacks at reception hall very much. All beyond expectations!

The duty Manager, Halit, (Khalid) was very helpful. Gave a run down of all the area and places to see. He went beyond his duty to ensure we were comfortable and made us feel as if we are in our home. The cleaning staff was amazing did sthe bedding and restaurant staff was also kind prepared the breakfast to our liking. Keep it Up Khalid

Every thing! The room was great, the staff wad very generous. Although our reservation did not include breakfast the manager gave us breakfast as a gift, and it's a delightful breakfast. The location is excellent.

This place is serene, perfect resting place as it’s my last stop in Turkey. It’s 5 mins by taxi/12 mins walking from the train station, close to most restaurants in town. The staffs are very attentive, the room was bigger than pictured (she even gave me a free upgrade), and everyone tried to help me with all I need during my short stay. Will recommend anyone to come to Selcuk for Ephesus to choose here!

Customer service at the hotel is just incredible, the owner couldn’t do more than he did to make our stay pleasant. Loved the central location as well!

A beautifully maintained cave hotel, with an exceptional staff and top-end care for its guests. Our family travels frequently, and the staff was one of the most attentive and kind groups we have encountered. They arranged activities and shuttles, researched special requests, and went out of their way to celebrate a family birthday. Ruhan was a particularly kind host. The beds and pillows are also quite comfortable.

My three-night stay at Fiesta Stone House was delightful. The family that owns the hotel is wonderfully sweet and truly went above and beyond to ensure a good stay--from staying up to greet me for a very late arrival, arranging most of the activities I did when in town (i.e., tours, hot air balloon ride, Turkish night--bring cash), and letting me hang out on the terrace beyond check-out time until my airport shuttle arrived. The room itself was a little sanctuary. I loved lounging in the jacuzzi to break up busy days, and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was honestly the best I had in Turkey (I wish I had given myself more time in the mornings to slowly enjoy it)--and the view of Uchisar Castle from the terrace is stunning.
