Great mix of old and new! The workmanship done to refurbish and rebuild this old castle into a mix of old and modern is beyond perfect .Our room was big, comfy, clean, full of amenities, and thoughtfully and artfully finished. The workers were all pleasant and helpful. Food was delicious and very plentiful and a bargain that was included in our room price. . We received delicious cheese filled warm Pita and dessert in the afternoon, a sit down dinner with freshly made soup, salad with fresh herbs, stew and dessert. Breakfast had a fresh delicious buffet and then we were served delicious cooked eggs and fresh pita with cheese This is a unique hotel for someone who loves the countryside and wants to stay in a castle. The atmosphere, architecture, upper lookout patios, garden trails, water hole and museum tour were extra bonuses . The newly planted gardens was wonderful and will be a delight to see when in bloom and in years to come.

we booked a room for three girlfriends. but arriving at the hotel, we were given the best room and a sea view for free!!!! Tea, coffee, drinks were also complimentary for the guests. it was awesome.

The hotel location is perfect. The staff and the manager is very friendly and helpful, they are amazing. The hotel is very clean and have beautiful view in the roof. Overall, the hotel is recommended and great.

This hotel is far beyond my expecting and what I paid for. Location, quality of breakfast and the staff were perfect. Special thanks to Mr. Kadir who arranged everything we need including airport transportation, restaurant reservation and etc.. He even prepared breakfast boxes when we left the hotel at 4am - this was a kind of big surprise as we never expected this.

Amazing staff, spotlessly clean, well-appointed with excellent amenities, and prime location in the area. Breakfast was great, too. This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at.

It has the most beautiful view since it’s at the top of cappadocia. There are many good spots for breakfast while enjoying the hot air balloon

The staff truly made the difference in our stay in Istanbul. Everyone was incredibly friendly, always making things smooth and greeting us with a smile. While all the reception team and Mohamed were wonderfully kind, I have to say the cats, Osman and Princess, really stood out. They made us feel even more welcomed and at home (this is coming from a dog person) The hotel is just a 5min walk from Galata Tower and offers beautiful views of the Golden Horn and Istanbul’s historic side. Our room had a balcony, which made the experience even more special, allowing us to soak in the city’s history right from our stay.

This was my second stay at Z-Villa, and once again, everything was absolutely perfect! The villa is clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location is ideal — quiet yet close to everything. A beautifully maintained cave hotel, with an exceptional staff and top-end care for its guests. Our family travels frequently, and the staff was one of the most attentive and kind groups we have encountered. They arranged activities and shuttles, researched special requests, and went out of their way to celebrate a family birthday. Ruhan was a particularly kind host. The beds and pillows are also quite comfortable.

Aisha was an amazing guide at the hotel. Rooms were super cozy and warm. Breakfast was delicious. They also have parking.
