The staffs here are very friendly! This is the first time for my parents and 2 babies to travel in Hsinchu! They are willing to go down and bring them up to the hotel! I do appreciate their kindness. Also the breakfast is tasty for the elders! Definitely I’ll visit here without any hesitation next time! It’s strongly recommended here although there is no parking space available in the hotel. U are able to find the public parking lot not far away from the hotel, but make sure u make a phone call to the hotel and ask for the parking location! In sum, this hotel will be your first choice! Thanks for helping us and my parents had a good time that night!
I really like the staffs. They are very polite and friendly, always have a smile on their face. The bathroom is great and there are many features that you can warm up the bathroom or dry it up. The location is great, close to many restaurants and shopping places. Though the room is quite small I can still fit in three big luggage and one small one. Will definitely come back again.
Una estancia de lujo, una acogida inmejorable de los propietarios que nos dieron agua y cervezas sin fin, nos invitaron a unirnos a ellos por la noche con sus amigos y nos prepararon un desayuno taiwanés por la mañana. Las habitaciones grandes y muy limpias. Muy recomendable.
The staff was great. Accommodating and flexible with requests. Room was clean and came with good toiletries and a working refrigerator. Location was nice and quiet out of the city center, but a 1 minute walk from the MRT to take you anywhere.
Location is great. Close to bus stops, lots of street food and restaurant options within 1 mile.

The owner was extremely friendly and caring. He waited for us until 11.30pm to help us check in and he was willing to help us whenever possible. The shower was also very good.
