As a lone traveler to Bequia for first time , although having traveled there before with family , I was a bit apprehensive about staying somewhere a lone - well Robert and Roxanne swept all those concerns away - I truly felt comfortable , safe and like one of the family when I stayed at Sweet Retreat - where do I start - welcome was warm ; room was ideal ; view was spectacular ; breakfast scrumptious and filling ( the 'five a day ' and cake was the best ) ;customer service and hospitality the best ; my stay there really made my holiday be the best I have had to Bequia so far !!! There was a slight technical issue with Wifi reception which Robert worked relentlessly to get sorted with the Telecom company ,which he did - all in all a perfect stay at Sweet Retreat - Thankyou Robert and Roxanne !

Each time I stay at this property I wonder whether It will continue to exceed my expectations and they always do. Glenn, Jason, housekeeping, bar staffand the rest of the staff go above and beyond for their guests. It is the one lace I tend to feel true relaxation. Rooms are clean, showers are brilliant. Customer service is on point and the breakfast / dinner and drink options were amazing. The view from my room was great. Relaxing in the hammock was great. My daughter enjoyed the pool.
