The room was so spacious. Lighting is adequate. It's 3 minutes away from West Bahnhof station and a lot of stores, markets. Price is justified.

It was magnificent! The hotel is clean and comfortable. The beds are comfortable and clean, the rooms are clean and quiet. The location is pretty good, near the Luna park, and the business center. But not so much close to the city center. Anyway our stay was very very nice!

The lobby and lounge are beautifully decorated, the bar is great and breakfast was very good. The rooms are on the small side but furnished with everything we might need. We felt that the hotel could easily be considered a 4 star, instead of 3.

It was super close to the metro station which leads to main tourist attractions. We stayed in a very spacious room with Prater view, the room was very clean and cozy. Bed was really comfortable and big enough. Heating system worked perfectly, which was very important during cold season. I would definitely recommend and would choose again when staying in Vienna.

Needed a hotel for a brief stay near airport for morning flight out. Reception is open 24 hours, which was important as we were driving in late. Has a garage.

You can feel such a charm the moment you just walk in , it’s a 300 years old building pretty well maintained , Mozart is always being played in the background, which is such a dreamy place for me . I enjoyed the Austrian wine here in the bar pretty much , especially the vibe at night is such a treat for me . Staff here are very professional and kind . I’d love to visit this place again in the future, I hope they can still keep the classy vibe forever.

Perfect location. In close proximity to Vienna Opera House and Musikverein. Very clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff at the reception.

Excellent location close to Stephansplatz with shops and restaurants practically next door. Very walkable area. There’s also an e-scooter parking spot practically next door (Lime, etc.) which was very convenient when I wanted to travel to further away attractions like Prater but didn’t want to bother with public transport. Very spacious apartment and great value. Comfortable beds, large bathtub, shower, and living room. Thorough mobile check-in instructions.
