It was a beautiful experience at this hotel. They go way and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay. The beautiful crib setup with a soft toy for my baby boy was very thoughtful. I also had a delayed baggage issue because of which I did not have my baby stroller with me but the manager of the hotel offered me her own stroller free of charge to use for the 3 days we stayed there. Location is restaurant is amazing too specially the pizza. Also the little playground and mini go kart is a treat for the little kids. Book now for your stay at Gstaad and you won't regret.

We had an excellent stay at 5 night stay at Hotel des Alpes. We were made to feel at home, and the staff was very friendly, from the owner to the servers. We had a delicious Christmas Eve dinner of a traditional "shabu chinios" of very generous portions and sauces. The breakfast offerings were continental style, with varied local charcuterie, cheeses, yogurts and breads. A close walk to the gondola for skiing and train station and a convenience store nearby made the location very optimal. The beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend if you prefer a boutique-style hotel.

Amazing staff, 10/10 service everything was perfect. All the staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Very relaxing atmosphere, location is very convenient. Would totally recommend the hotel for everyone.
