Patogus susisiekimas su centru tramvajais Nr 3,10 ( Tabor- Česka). Net ir su Nr12 netoli stotelė. Šalia Lidl. Ypatingai patogūs lovos čiužiniai. Vonioje mini hig.priemonės, plaukų džiovintuvas. Pro langą iš 7a. gerai matosi miestas ( ne centro pusė). Pusryčiai geri. Kava skani. Gavom parkingą požeminiame garaže. Nors buvo Naujųjų Metų sutikimas, bet triukšmo iš muzikos klubo girdėjosi minimaliai.
