Easy to find and a comfy location with product store, McDonald’s and tank station right beside. Free parking was a great catch, not a common thing in Germany. Rooms were clean and tidy, staff - extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was modest but more than enough to fill up for the start of the day. Overall, would say: a great price/quality deal.

The room was impeccably clean, just like in the photos. The staff were very kind, from the housekeeping team and the wonderful bartender to the friendly reception staff. We were cold, and they immediately brought a heater to our room. Breakfast was decent. It would be nice if the room included slippers, cotton swabs, and a shoehorn from the start. Everything worth seeing in Offenbach is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, with excellent connections to Frankfurt and the airport.

Very clean and charming small hotel. I stayed in a compact single room during a short business trip, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection, and the location is very convenient—especially being so close to the US Embassy.

I do like this hotel very much. It is new, well maintained and very clean in the room and public areas. The room (with wooden floor which I like) was large enough and well equipped. The bathroom was very clean and new with a shower room and neccessary amenities. The minibar was amazing!! There were many complimentary bottles of water, beers and softdrinks which were filled daily. Breakfast was nice. The hotel is located only 5 mins. from the central train station (South exit), really in the city. It s convenient to travel around. The tram is in front of the hotel. All staff are friendly and soooo kind. They were very helpful when I had a difficulty during my trip in FF (cash, credit cards, passport and phone were stolen in Dusseldorf before FF). I really appreciate all their help and kindness. Special thanks to Sunny who is such a fantastic and super kind person, willing to help with all the things from my check in to check out till I flew back to Thailand safely. Without him, life would be more difficult in FF. I highly recommend this hotel...new, very clean, excellent services, convey and value for money.

Firstly, we liked the location because the hotel is near the center of the city, but also is in a quiet place. The hotel looks amazing and offers a wide range of activities such as spa and restaurant. The rooms are big enough and are modern designed. Overall, it is very worthy and at a great price. We had problems with the entry cards, but the problem was fast solved by the receptionists.
