Very good staff , lost my documents hours before and staff was very helpful , we figured everything out so that i had a place to stay , and the place was excellent , i would recommend , 10/10. Will stay more at the hotel 👍

Breakfast was simple but good enough, there was everything we needed. And we appreciated the early start of the breakfast.

Location is excellent as it is attached to airport terminal 1and there is free shuttle bus to terminal 2. The hotel has bars and restaurants and also has access to eateries in terminal 1.

The staff was very polite and kind, rooms were clean and spacious

room was very nice and clean, hotel a bit of a walk from my airport gate 1.8km , lounge was a nice bonus and attendant from Indonesia was excellent ( i do not know her name)

We had amazing experienced specially the buffet breakfast was so delecious and a lot of choices, and also the room that we stayed was beautiful and very clean. Thank you so much we are look forward to come back again that's for sure

The hotel was in a good location, about 5' drive from the airport (25' walk), with a nice restaurant and other restaurants and shops in the area. The room was spacious and clean. Superfriendly and helpful staff. Great value for money!

Everything is clean and new. It's not far from the airport. The location is very convenient to get to the airport.

We were very satisfied with the room. super clean . All the amenities was complete . Although its a short stay i must say it was a very nice experience.

I didn't have breakfast at the hotel. But I am sure, it is very good and has a good variety of choice. Maybe next time I stay at Staycity AppartHotel, I will have breakfast!

Rather surprised at how well everything worked here. I'd read the reviews and feared the worst. But for me, it was great for one night. Clean towels, the shower had hot water and worked, the single bed was very comfy. Wifi functioned well and the room came equipped with a kettle, refrigerator and a microwave. Parking was free and off road. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.

This accomodation was so clean and comfortable. The staff is so kind and friendly. There is no air conditioning so it might be difficult in the Summer, but in September it was okay with the curtains and fan. FYI, There is no lift. There were several restaurants and coffee shops nearby that open on Sundays. I wish I could stay longer but the room was fully booked for the following days.
