The breakfast was excellent. The was large, my touring bicycle fitted in no problem. The room was spacious and functional.

It was spotless and modern. Great parking facilities for our van which is hard to find due to most hotels having parking garages that don’t fit a van

This hotel is like a very pleasant surprise in the beautiful city of MAINZ. Very clean, very comfortable. the staff was super helpful (especially Mr. Mehdi and others whom in not aware of names). Very well decorated and rooms full of detailed amenities up to the level of dental floss. Great work by the hotel management and i think it will be a great success. Even the soaps, shampoos and conditioners were of organic type and not containing sodium laureth sulfate which is great.

Bas at reception and your colleague from El Salvador at the breakfast buffet stood out with their friendliness and customer service. Loved the chia apple pudding at breakfast and that it was not too crowded at the breakfast buffet. The toiletries and hair dryer were great, especially for business travellers with long hair, a good hair dryer and hair conditioner make a huge difference in comfort.

The man for breakfast is amazing. Been going here for some years and he’s always there, such a friendly man. The rooms were amazing (as always) and our special requests were respected.

Great location, small friendly hotel in old town. Our room had fantastic view - the Dome. It was our second stay and won’t be our last. Nice breakfast had all we needed.

I really liked the ambience of the room. It was super clean with good heating system. Plus location is very accessible to visit museum, Christmas market etc.

Great location, clean room and helpful staff.

The location is great, very close to the train station. Even though I arrived 2 hours before check-in time, I was able to check into my room. The room was really clean. The room I stayed in was very quiet as I wanted, even though the elevator was under renovation at the time of my stay. Also, the friendly staff is very helpful.

Amazing. Very simple and yet very effective. The receptionist was extremely kind. The position is great, in the very center of the city just by the train station.
