Great location to walk into oldtown centre only take 12 mins. Kitchen came with all required implements to effectively use and plenty of plates and cups. Nicely decorated and clean. We were all happy with our stay and will pick this place again if we come back.

Great location and central. Up a quiet side street. FANTASTIC views off the balcony. A modern and artistic suite. Very homely. Wished we had stayed longer, Braunlage is beautiful, but we had to go to Berlin. A trip up the mountain on the cable car is a must. With a trike bike ride back down. This is the first review we have ever given a big thank you to the owners. An amazing suite with private kitchen, we will be back. 100 percent.... Eddie and Jane. Fantastic a must stay place.

Good facilities, comfortable, quiet, very clean, good range of equipment for self catering, and host responds quickly to questions. The DB and HSB railway station is close-by, and it is a short walk into the lovely old town of Werinigerode, where there are plenty of good restaurants. There is a budget supermarket a short walk in the opposite direction, along with an independent bakery a few yards up the road, and further choices within a short drive. There is a small paved terrace accessed by French door, which is pleasant to sit outside for meals. The bathroom is very spacious, clean, well equipped, and shower works well

The Kunsthaus mit Frühstück im Hotel Theophano offers spacious rooms and free Wi-Fi internet access within a historic Baroque building.
