Tuvimos un problema con un retraso en un vuelo del aeropuerto de Luton, que se demoró hasta el día siguiente y a pesar de llegar muy tarde, el personal fue súper amable, tanto en el check-kin, como en el desayuno como en el check out. Si tuviese que destacar algo es el trato amable y cercano del personal. Fue de 10
