スタッフさんの対応も大変良く、お部屋も綺麗で広く清潔でデザインも素敵でした。 目の前にXmasマーケット、ドゥオーモがあり観光にはとても便利でした。 とても快適な時間を過ごさせていただきました。

とっても親切でした。一人対応が冷たい受付のスタッフが居たが　あとの人は感じ良く　ゆったりと滞在を楽しみました。　ホテルの中を散策すれば良かったなぁ　と後になり感じました。重厚な雰囲気でした。
