We were greeted by Krishna on arrival, who was lovely and made us feel very welcome. Our suite was large, clean, and had lovely views. The valet staff greeted us every morning with smiles and too care of parking with no fuss. The breakfast was fresh with a wide selection of hot and cold food and again the staff were attentive. We would like to thank Navralan and Rshem for their hospitality every morning. We would also like to thank Joesephine and Jovelyn and the rest of the housekeeping team.

Our stay at Sheraton Grand Doha was absolutely wonderful and unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The hotel itself is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and the full board package was fantastic. The food was delicious, and every member of the staff made us feel special. What truly made this stay exceptional was the outstanding hospitality. We were kindly offered a late check-out, and my children received lovely little gifts, which made them so happy. These thoughtful gestures meant a lot to us. I would especially like to thank Amina , Asel, Nastya, and Arai for their kindness, warmth, and professionalism. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their genuine care and attention to detail created an experience that felt personal and heartfelt. During our stay, I even had the pleasure of meeting wonderful guests from Kazakhstan, which made the experience even more special. Thank you to the entire Sheraton Grand Doha team for such an amazing time. We left with beautiful memories and look forward to returning in the future. Highly recommended! ❤️
