We loved everything about this hotel. The view from our room, the delicious breakfast. Every single one of the staff members, from the valley to the reception, housekeeping to waiters everyone was so kind and caring. We can’t wait to stay again at this hotel. This is by far one of the most memorable experiences I have ever stayed in. Totally oriented around service and comfort for the whole family. Thank you to the whole incredible team. I cannot say thanks enough.
Facilities are incredible, from kids club to kids outdoor pool and an amazing indoor pool for chilly days. The spa facility was out of this world, where hygiene meets luxury.
For babies, they provided a crib that came with a soft toy, diaper bin, some complimentary diapers and kept surprising us. Just an amazing all round experience

Absolutely perfect for a trip with family, giving plenty of space of your own for time out and then beautiful and elegantly furnished living area to come together. Super soundproofed as well. Once in your room, you would not know anyone else was with you. Nobody wanted for anything and such an accommodating and responsive owner to the property with any queries raised during our time. Wow!
