It had the best sea view, staff were very attentive and friendly, close to City Center Mall and Metro station, breakfast was not bad too! Rooms were spacious for a solo traveller, reception and room service available 24h, room had many storage spaces.

Great location and facilities although the pool could be much better and bigger for a hotel in the W range. Staff was amazing.

The service really was exceptional. Not only was everyone there helpful and catered to our needs, but they upgraded our room when they found out that it was our anniversary, and had a celebration slice of cake sent up. Service aside, the cleanliness of the room and the sheer number of facilities in the room (walk-in closet, a bathtub with a sea view, among others) and around the hotel (sauna, steam room, gym, 2 pools, a myriad restaurants including one in which the menu was created by a Michelin star chef) made it a great stay.

Everything!!!!!! Stayed in the 3 rooms for 5 days and the 3bed apartment for 10 nights. Everything was exceptional. Heated toilet seats, their shower gels, breakfast, sea view, modern and very clean and new, free access to beach, should be classified 7star!!! Warm pool, excellent gym, spa, staff excellent! There was this Claudia, columbian, she was so helpful!!!! So nice!!! Mohammed was so nice too. Everyone was just excellent. It was the best holiday I had with my family in a long time. That hotel is so excellent I want to live there forever 😩😄❤️

The location and the apartment, everything was good. As voor the ones who rated this property bad!!!! I don’t know what happened on their stay. I was afraid because of their rates, but nothing what they wrote was true except for the pool(but it was good enough for the kid’s, they had fun).
