We had a lovely stay at the Sheraton. The hotel itself is gorgeous and the rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. We got upgraded to a sea view room. There are a lot facilities in the hotel. It has a small private beach, swimming pool area, watersport area and much more. The staff was very friendly and was always willing to go the extra mile. Our 2 year old son was sick and they gave him special attention like getting him fruits at breakfast, which weren''t part of the buffet. Especially Ei Phyu was wonderful and very attentive during the breakfasts. On the last day, they even gave us cake, which was a real nice gesture. We really felt welcome and would definitely book again.

Extremely good staff at this hotel - every person we interacted with was a hospitality star. The staff somehow managed to anticipate our every need in a subtle way that we didn't feel interrupted, and we never had to ask for anything. Put it this way, if I were to choose one service team to meet me at every hotel we stay at, it would be this team. 10/10 guest focused and a top service experience not only in Doha but anywhere in the world. Very nice and comfortable room. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast delicous. The location of the hotel is perfect between the beach and mall and the metro is just in walking distance.

I visited Qatar for my birthday this year and stayed at Delta Hotel, Doha from October 18th to 25th, 2025. It was without a doubt the best choice I could have made. Many friends had recommended staying in West Bay due to its central location and easy access to attractions. While most hotels in the area looked lovely, Delta by Marriott truly stood out. From reservations to check-out, everything was absolutely seamless. I arrived around 10 a.m., well before the official check-in time, but Sabeel at reception was incredibly kind and accommodating. He arranged an early check-in for me and upgraded me to a beautiful suite with a mesmerizing view. To top it off, he even surprised me with a delicious cake to kick-start my birthday celebration — such a thoughtful gesture! 🎂 Breakfast was continental, offering a wide variety of options that changed daily. The staff at the Satsuma Restaurant were exceptionally hospitable — I’d give them a solid 10/10 for service and warmth. Room service was reasonably priced, and housekeeping was available almost all day, keeping everything spotless throughout my stay. Sabeel also went the extra mile to assist with tourist activities, providing great recommendations and helping me choose from the hotel’s activity options. His guidance made exploring Qatar much easier and more enjoyable. Overall, I wouldn’t change a single thing about how this hotel operates. The service, comfort, and hospitality exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend Delta Hotel, Doha for both solo travelers and families. A well-deserved 10/10 experience!
