We had a lovely stay at the Sheraton. The hotel itself is gorgeous and the rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. We got upgraded to a sea view room. There are a lot facilities in the hotel. It has a small private beach, swimming pool area, watersport area and much more. The staff was very friendly and was always willing to go the extra mile. Our 2 year old son was sick and they gave him special attention like getting him fruits at breakfast, which weren''t part of the buffet. Especially Ei Phyu was wonderful and very attentive during the breakfasts. On the last day, they even gave us cake, which was a real nice gesture. We really felt welcome and would definitely book again.

Extremely good staff at this hotel - every person we interacted with was a hospitality star. The staff somehow managed to anticipate our every need in a subtle way that we didn't feel interrupted, and we never had to ask for anything. Put it this way, if I were to choose one service team to meet me at every hotel we stay at, it would be this team. 10/10 guest focused and a top service experience not only in Doha but anywhere in the world. Very nice and comfortable room. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast delicous. The location of the hotel is perfect between the beach and mall and the metro is just in walking distance.
