Staff was friendly, the room was clean

Excelent. Special mention to the lady from Rwanda receiving guests at breakfast entrance.

Great location with metro and city mall connected to the hotel. Nice rooms, spotless and fit for purpose. Friendly approachable staff and outstanding breakfast buffet and heaps of selection of breakfast items. Really impressed with my stay.

Ideal location for reaching QFC, or other businesses in the West Bay. Particularly good in Winter when you can enjoy a pleasant walk to nearby venues. Breakfast was excellent, and Abdel was a particularly attentive member of the team. Compliments to the concierge and front desk staff too. Phoo was particularly kind and helped me with an early check-in when my schedule changed and I arrived 5 hours early!

"We had a wonderful stay! The room 2904 was spotless, and the staff was incredibly welcoming specially Jay from the reception Bahaa, Murad and Tina. "We were absolutely thrilled with the unexpected room upgrade—it made our celebration truly special !A huge thank you for the thoughtful birthday cake; it was a wonderful touch. The staff of the entire hotel was friendly. Once again , thank you Jay & All staff in all departments. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Hanane Bihi & Aly Taman.

Not enough nice words for this hotel. Very comfortable room and (accessible, as per request) bathroom, beautiful interior design and high level performance of the entire personnel. I hope to have the pleasure to come again.

Every thing from location stuff food

It was very clean, and very jovial staffs

The staff are exceptional. The fridge was not cooling properly- they didn’t waste time and drag things. The maintenance crew just installed a new fridge. There is also a large indoor children’s play area that has various toys and lets them run around.

Breakfast and location were excellent, as well as all the staff
