Nothing bad to say. Rafaela made our check in process directly in the room, and she was really polite. The hotel was stunning - friendly and helpful staff, wonderful wifi connection, privat beach, amazing spa. Second time there and I hope to come back soon.

The resort was fantastic and cozily decorated. The rooms are located in large villas, making it easy to walk to the restaurant and the pool. The rooms were very charmingly furnished, and we enjoyed the spacious balcony. The cleanliness was top-notch. There was fresh fruit in the room upon arrival. Water was unlimited, and the staff constantly made sure we had plenty in the room. The pool area was lovely, and the staff were very service-minded. They took care of sunbeds and umbrellas. Sunscreen was freely available. The staff brought us water and refreshments throughout the day. The area is very large but designed in a cozy way. The resort is located outside the city, but it was easy to get to and from town. The breakfast was really good. We will definitely come back.

We booked a room for a family of 4 at Al Mirqab. The room was spacious enough for 2 rollout beds for the kids and for us to still move around comfortably. The room was clean, comfortable and with all the amenities you could expect. It was freat to have access to the rooftop pool in the heat of the day.
Although you had to go to another hotel for breakfast, the gold cart was always there within a couple of minutes of ordering it. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful, the staff super helpful and courteous, and the location of the hotel was excellent - right in the souk and next to the metro station. We loved our stay and would recommend it to others.

From the time we entered the hotel every employee has been welcoming, polite and providing service beyond our expectations. On the first day we were greeted by Fatouma, our flight landed early morning and when we got to the hotel the time in Doha was around 7.00 am and our check-in was not until 3.00 pm,she went beyond and above and got us checked in right away

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rotana for 42 nights, and I wanted to take a moment to share my feedback.
From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The check-in process was seamless, the facilities were spotless, and the overall ambiance truly exceeded my expectations. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the delicious breakfast.
However, the highlight of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Rayanne. She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and helped me in getting a larger room with the best price in town to accommodate my family members when they arrived. I am incredibly grateful for her kindness and attentiveness.
Please extend my heartfelt thanks to the rest of the team members for making my stay so memorable. It’s rare to experience such genuine hospitality, and it truly made a difference.
I will certainly recommend Rotana to my friends and family, and I look forward to staying with you again in the future.

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to museum, mina district and souk waqif. Everything is clean, the breakfast is fresh, with lots of choices and delicious. The staff is super positive and helpful! They were very attentive when we needed help to turn off the a/c and let us store our luggage.
