Reaching Pullman Zamzam Madina After staying at Swissotel Makkah with Kaaba full View & Swissotel Cornich Park Doha Special in the last 10 days at raw The least we should do is to Thank Accor Group for excelling in their business as exepeected …! Also, Special Thanks & Appreciation to Ms. Nouf at Pullman Zamzam Madina the front office for her kindness Mr. Ahmad at Conceirge was amazing person & Safety officers are great personel as well Also for Mr. Hamza doing his best to support. Note 💡: What also worth to note is that the front office called the duty manager ( Mr. Ahmad ) for his support on evening of 21st when we asked for a child bed. Asking him to Consider that we booked 2 rooms of hotel’s Top Tier HARAM & Panoramic view at the 10th floor ( 1076 & 1008 ) technically for ( 4 adult & 1 child ) including breakfast yet we were ( 3 adults & 2 child ) When we asked for a child bed The duty manager ( Mr. Ahmad ) didn’t introduce himself or even think twice in the request without any hint of understanding the hospitality principals or showing any consideration to Accor loyal customer. He simply asked us to pay on immediate basis saying what we pay as customers ( Is going to the Hotel not going to his own Pocket ) You may check cameras to see him pointing at his pocket ..! A note he should never use in hotelier industry. I hope my massage reaches him as he need to work on his attitude if he want to escalate in hotelier career path. Except that incident Accor was the Amazing Accor.
