The receptionist kindly offered me an early check-in and even upgraded me to one of the best rooms in this category, with an amazing view and access to the upper terrace. The cleaning ladies truly put their heart into their work: everything was spotless and perfectly maintained. The doormen were also extremely helpful and always greeted me with a smile. The hotel’s location is perfect: right by the beach and close to great restaurants, shops, and attractions. The overall vibe of the area felt lively, safe, and upscale, making it a great place to explore and relax. The facilities were excellent, the staff were warm and professional, and the breakfast had a delicious variety of options. Overall, my experience exceeded expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.
