The staffs were very friendly and helpful. I loved the Breakfast and nice dining rooms too. The location was superb to visit the old town and River Inn ( just a few minute walk) as well as public transportation to reach many other attractions.

The Boutiquehotel Weisses Rössl offers spacious rooms in a historic building with a restaurant, a 1-minute walk from Innsbruck's Golden Roof. Internet access is available free of charge. The location was great and the view from our suite was beautiful. Our room was very nicely decorated too. The service at the bar, breakfast and front desk was excellent. Everyone made sure that our stay was exceptional. We loved the breakfast. They were lots of choices at the breakfast buffet as well as other choices per a menu. Thank you to everyone of the staff for our great stay at Innsbruck! We will surely come again.

The hotel had an amazing setting, with views of the mountains on one side, and Lake Achensee on the other. The staff are very curtious and helpful and we were met with a welcoming glass of Prosecco. The room was clean and spacious with a balcony looking out to the mountains. The bed was very comfortable as was the rest of the bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast was superb, with a short order chef working the omelette station, and plenty of choice of cold cuts, cheeses etc. There is a spa though with only one night, we did not have time to try it, though the outdoor pool, which is linked to the indoor pool, did look very inviting. The hotel also benefits from a large underground car park. We would be happy recommend this hotel to any future guests, and hope to return ourselves one day.

Located in the heart of Innsbruck, the city’s first design hotel has opened its doors and enriched the city with an architectural jewel. Staff fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The young girl working at reception at night is superb and is a credit to the Penz. I apologise I dont know her name.

Everything was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the restaurant, and the rooms were very comfortable.

Just a 5-minute walk from the centre of Sankt Anton am Arlberg and the ski area, Valluga Hotel offers a free ski shuttle to the cable cars, free access to the large spa centre, and a restaurant and... Excellent stay. My wife works in hospitality so it is hard to exceed her expectations, but Valluga Hotel did. Great, friendly and attentive staff, very clean and modern interior, rain shower, free fruit, water and coffee in the room, attention given to all details, pool was very nice, also with our four year old son. Tesla (also non-Tesla suitable) charging stations right outside the hotel parking lot. Free parking.
